INGREDIENTS:
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 6 oz brie cheese, cut into 24 small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts for garnish
RECIPE DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line with non-stick spray.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 24 even squares.
- Press each square into a mini muffin cup, gently shaping it into a little cup.
- Place one cube of brie into each pastry cup.
- Top each with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle a pinch of chopped rosemary over each bite.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts on top.
- Lightly brush the exposed pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
