INGREDIENTS:
- 24 cherry or grape tomatoes
- 24 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 24 fresh basil leaves
- 12 wooden skewers (6-inch)
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
RECIPE DIRECTIONS:
- On each skewer, thread one tomato, one mozzarella ball, and one basil leaf. Repeat so each skewer has two of each item.
- Arrange skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the skewers.
- Lightly season with salt and pepper.
